Return & Refund Policy

  • All our products go through a two stage quality assurance process. In an unlikely event, if we still sent a cover which has a manufacturing or dimensional error we will gladly replace it with no cost to the customer. In other cases, we will not be able to accept returns as all our covers are custom made as per customer’s requirement. Please note that all our covers are generally 1-3 inches (depending on the size of the cover) larger than the dimension’s provided by the customer, this is for the ease of use, in case the customer does want the leeway to be adjusted to their requirement, they need to specify the same on the comment section during the checkout process.
  • If our cover’s come with a manufacturing or dimensional error, then we would request the client to send the pictures of those error’s on info@coversandall.com along with some explanation. Once we receive the images and the relevant information, we will quickly send the replacement cover with expedited shipping
  • Personalized Covers which have a text or logo embossed on them, as per customer’s specification and therefore they cannot be returned or refunded, We would provide a replacement cover if there has been an printing error on our behalf, in case of of a printing error we would request the client to mail us the images of the error on info@coversandall.com. Once we receive the images we will gladly send a replacement cover free of cost to the client.
  • The size of the logo and the text depends on the type of cover which the customer selects. We select the most appropriate and visible size for the personalization. For Image Personalization we would request the customer to share us the image required on the cover in high resolution file for obtaining the optimum results, please note that the printing quality of the image on the cover would highly depend on the quality of the image shared by the client. In case of low resolution files, we do not take any guarantee of the end result.
  • All our personalization is done via UV printing and dye sublimation using high grade inks for colour vibrancy and outdoor durability. In extreme weather condition’s the outdoor life of the printing can be reduced.
  • Please note that we cannot process any refunds, on personalized cover’s however if the client does not want a replacement, then we can certainly provide a store credit which can be utilised within 1 year of the date of issue.
