What is Covers & All's Return Policy?

We are committed to providing you with high-quality products, carefully inspecting each one to ensure it is free of defects before shipping. However, in rare instances where you receive a product that is damaged, defective, has stitching irregularities, a size discrepancy, is materially different from your order, has printing errors, or any other issues, please get in touch with us. Your satisfaction is our top priority.


Here's how to proceed:

  1. Notify Us Within 3 Days: Raise a ticket under "My Account" on our website. Include image proof and a clear description of the issue.
  2. Review Process: Our team will review your case within 12 hours and provide a whether a refund, replacement, or other appropriate resolution. While Covers & All will make the final decision on any return request, we always strive to ensure a fair outcome for our customers.
  3. Return (If Necessary): If a return is required, use a reliable shipping method with proof of delivery. If the issue is our fault, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you will need to cover the initial costs, which may be reimbursed after inspection.
  4. Condition of Returns: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition.

Please Note: Customized products are only eligible for replacements.


Delivery Dates:

  • Guaranteed delivery dates on the website are based on the assumption that all information needed to process the orders, including print-ready graphic artwork and files, is received with the order. If there is any delay in getting the required information from the customer, it might delay the delivery date.
  • We use FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS as our shipping carriers. In rare cases, there might be a delay with the shipping carrier. In such instances, we do not take responsibility for the delay.

What is Covers & All's Warranty?

Covers & All offers a comprehensive 180-day (6 months) warranty covering product failures or ink problems due to manufacturing defects within this period. For other issues such as transit damage, shipping errors, or quality defects upon receiving your order, please report them within 3 days.

To initiate a warranty claim, log into 'My Account,' navigate to 'Help and Support,' select the appropriate reason, and provide a detailed description along with clear images. Our team will review your request within 12 hours. If the claim is eligible, we will either replace the product at no additional cost or provide a credit equal to its value.
