Welcome to coversandall.com - Mobile one stop shop for all types of covers and products around it! Our story started with trying to find a cover for our outdoor furniture that would look and fit well. Surprisingly most available options are of pretty much same color (brown and beige ) and similar if not the same material with one size fits all concept. There were no options to get custom sizes with personalization. That's when we got excited and decided to further study the market and after 14 months of extensive research and product development, Covers and All was founded where we decided to make covers in custom sizes that can be personalized.

BETTER THAN PERFECT!

Excellent process and quick delivery

The website was extremely to use. Measurements were easily obtained due to the directions on the website. The cover for our outdoor umbrella arrived quickly and fits perfectly. We are very happy with the whole experience

Ok but could have been better

The amount of back-and-forth I had just for simple requests that I had made was very frustrating. Specifically the welting and the wraparound zipper. I had selected both for each cushion type yet it was questioned twice to me via message and I had confirmed twice. If it is selected that that's what I want. It seemed like the people were confused because my current cushions did not have welting on them, but that should not matter. Also, I spent over $700 on these cushion covers. And to find that they were wrapped in plastic and in a bag to be shipped was ridiculous. For a company that makes custom covers. You really need to correct your shipping protocol. I thought that was incredibly cheap and there was basically nothing protecting my covers from shipping.

Pricey but worth it

I read through the different choices and decided on the top of the line for my sauna cover. Gave them the exact dimensions of my sauna and crossed my fingers that they were good at what they doing - and I was right on both counts. The company kept me informed as to when my cover would be shipped with several emails and when I got it - it "fit like a "glove". Very good quality and craftsmanship - worth it!

Easy use web site

I bought 3 covers the other day and found the whole experience really easy. The web site made finding what I wanted and ordering straight forward. The items turned up quickly, look well made and fit. Let's see how long they last, hopefully many years

Great Service, great products

This is my third order and it went like clockwork. The website is very, very easy to to work with especially for custom covers and once the dimensions are verified and double checked your order goes in and is completed within just a few days and then it's shipped right to you. Never had a problem highly recommend looking at all the different types of covers they have and also types of situations that need some really high-performing protection.

It took a emailed but we got close enough to a good size but it won't tighten

I liked the discussion and sharing of information with the designer. My issue is associated with one of the questions that I asked during design. I asked if I was going to be able to tighten the bottom of the cover with the drawstring. The answer provided was yes but it's not working out. Pulling the drawstring, even pulling each side individually, does not tighten the bottom of the cover. The material bunches up when you pull on the strings and the back of the cover won't tighten. Grommets with the drawstring would be the correct design. Because this is being used outside in the elements (they are boat motor covers), and because they're not tight at the bottom, the wind will pull them off. To use the covers, I have to use bungee cords hooked into the cover handles and hooked onto the boat.

Declined Price Adjustment

A day after I made our order I remembered that I had not applied the "New Customer Discount Code." When I called to get that discount applied to our $1,300 order, Covers&All declined to honor the discount code because the order had already been processed. Then I asked for the discount to be applied to another new order that we were planning to make with them, and they declined that request as well. IMO this is extraordinarily poor customer service. Always lean towards doing the right thing with your customers. We'll be making the next order (an even larger purchase price) with your competition.

Perfect size

While shopping for a cover for my outdoor rocking chair, I came across this cover company. It was awesome how owrcise the measurements were to fit. Also the material was very nice and thick to last a long time. I would recommend getting any outdoor cover

Looks great and durable!

We have a long bench cover that was made from here a couple of years ago. I finally decided to get matching covers for two small bench covers and they look great and the quality is perfect for a busy room with messy kids! The color is beautiful and easy to clean off.

Custom product

When ordering a custom product the only image review of the product was to see your own uploaded image. There was no complete image review of the whole product. The dimensions were flipped and the product is oriented the wrong direction and now we're unable to use it. Having a full product image preview would prevent this.
