L Shaped Pool Covers

I purchased a custom L-shaped safety cover. I was impressed by the quality. It had all the parts I needed for installation... the buckles, anchors, springs, the spring leverage tool, an Allen wrench, and even a very nice storage bag. I installed the cover myself. All I needed was my hammer drill and a 3/4" concrete bit. Took me a couple days but I only worked on it for a couple of hours a day. Upon installation toward the end one of the straps broke right at the sewn part of the cover. I went on and finished the rest of the cover and then messaged through the chat on the website. A lady named Kayla helped me as much as she could and had to send me to another department. I didn't have to repeat my messages because Sukhvinder was able to read them and catch up. It was nice. He did confirm what happened and asked me to upload a couple pictures and a very short video showing the issue. He then proceeded to let me know he was sending this to proper people to come up with a solution. He let me know it may take 3 to 4 business days for them to decide something and another 4 or 5 days to ship something if they decided to. It was on the 7th day I messaged back and didn't get a response. I was a little discouraged and figured they weren't gonna do anything because it was just one strap. The very next day I happened to be off and fed ex drops off a package that needed a signature and it was another cover! I was amazed that I didn't have to argue or call multiple times talk to several people and wait on hold just to be sent to someone else. A lot of companies do this hoping you get tired of waiting and just hang up. Not these guys! I will be ordering more things from them in the future! It was well worth it!
