Fabric looks great and seems tough

My issue is the hooks that I had them install are not great strength and bend and pull out of the fabric very easily and try to tighten down a bit disappointed all else seems top quality

Part of the solution, not the complete solution

Item received as ordered, size is accurate. Fitted it to my pergola, however the rain pools on top and there is no run off for the water. So probably going to need to put some thin layer of wood on top of the pergola and then put the cover on top of that. The website should explain the limits of the product it's selling and advise on how it can help solve such problems.
