Very Attentive.
It took a lot of going back and forth which was frustrating to go over the same info and speak to a different person each time but we got there and I am happy with the cover for my chaise lounge chair. I had no idea the quality of the material so that was a nice surprise.

Custom Chaise Lounge Cover - Design 4
Fairly easy to measure for and order, a little to loose, but I reclined the back a little to get a better fit. I would shorten the measured height of backrests a few inches for a better fit, and then just recline them, as I did.
