It should be 5 star but I hit the button and it wouldn't let me adjust... this product is amazing. So good in fact we are ordering another one to keep as a spare as we live in Hawaii and weather is tough on covers.

This is a quality product and the fit is almost Perfect. I expect is to withstand our desert heat and winds. Love the light blue color.

Fits well. Seems to be well made. The elastic drawstrings work well to tighten the cover up a bit. Material feels like it'll hold up longer than the usual covers that get dry & brittle in the sun.

Easy online ordering, following their how to measure chart, and uploading a picture of my table and chairs etc. really help with the perfect fit. The design team is excellent they noticed in my pictures uniqueness with the shape of my bar stools and asked for more detail dimensions, confirming the measurement with a final drawing for my approval. Excellent service fit is perfect. This is a great company to work with. Packing could be improved, had to be very careful not to cut the cover when opening the bag, using a box might be better.

Instructions on what to measure were very exact and the ordering process easy. It took a week or two but the end product is of very high quality - I opted for the highest end material. Only caveat I have is that the cover is a little long. I would have preferred if it had ended and inch or two from the floor for air flow and to keep it from sitting in water.

This is mu 3rd purchase - previously a fire pit cover and a spa cover. ALL have been well made and the maker has asked for verification of measurements. I thought I was buying an American made product but I see it's made in India. At least it's NOT CHINA.

I recently purchased a cover from here. I could not find the right fit anywhere else and could not locate the original grill cover. When I placed my order with this company, they communicated with me no less than 10 times to make sure the measurements were perfect. It seemed a tremendous benefit given the very affordable price. In the end, the cover delivered fit perfectly, and this would not have been possible without the customer service offered. Let's face it, this level of service is not the norm nowadays, but this company still believes in it and we are better for it.

5th cover That I have purchased for my outdoor furniture and such! I would not continue to buy if I wasn't happy with the product. The grill cover is great and the best thing is it matches our other covers!
