Well-Built and Easy to Install, but Lacks Instructions

Great quality
Quick service and great quality. One warning would be to make sure you have exactly the right measurements, mine was a little narrow as the width we wanted was of the blind not the plastic fittings. We've made it work and are happy with the blind, itself.

Roller Blind
Measured up and ordered the blind which was used to cover a storage area at the side of the house. Arrived exactly the right size, and it's a really good high quality product. Better than expected. Metal bracket fixings, screw fixings supplied, and little hooks were also included for the two elasticated tensioners at the bottom of the blind, which stops it moving when windy. Spot on.

Outdoor roller blind.
Ordered custom size blind to add shade to our verandah. Came as ordered very easy to fit, just need the sunshine now! Only issue I had was FedEx had put the wrong address on 3 labels on the package your label was correct though.

Under promised, over delivered.
Installation info could of been much clearer, did not show info for chain system. Please spend a few more pennies to provide screws that don't strip so easy and tie down brackets that don't break the first time there is a little wind.

Very well made shade. Fitted like a glove, and easy to fit - although the instruction leaflet for installation were not specific to the chain cord type that I had but to another shade variant. That did cause some confusion and made the process of fitting more difficult. One star removed for that reason.
