Expensive……but worth it! Don't waste your money on cheaper covers.
Follow the measurement directions for a perfect fit! My recommendation would be to add more draw strings to the bottom of the cover. I chose 2 ties. I wish I would have ordered 2 more ties. That was my error.

Superb craftsmanship
While the product is of premium quality with custom orders worth the wait. There is a distinct disconnect between their various departments. If utilizing thier log on website, previous orders aren't updated for delivery and payment remaining in cart for payment. A barrage of emails and texts will be forthcoming. So save all your payment and delivery information. Making calls to thier help center is useless as I tried four times in rectifying the irregularities.

Very Impressive Fountain Cover
High quality product. Fits the fountain perfectly. I was disappointed when I learned that the company was not in the U.S. as the website leads a person to believe it is. But, given that the order arrived in a reasonable time despite being shipped from India, and that the quality is really good, I would probably order again.

Good quality, excellent product
The covers for my fountains are great. The only problem I encountered was dealing with the "design team". Dimensions were exactly as I submitted, but after agreeing on the price and paying I received an email saying it would be almost $100 more because of adjustments to the sizing (of which there were NO adjustments). I didn't appreciate the "bait and switch" to get more money.

They got it right…..
They got it right…. Their drawings were spot on…. I provided the photos and additional details for their design person and I approved the design they sent me, and the fountain cover has enough room to cover the fountain without fighting to get it on, and the length is also good.

Excellent product.
We cannot believe how well made this custom product is for the price. It fits over our 3-tiered fountain easily, with super heavy duty handles (near the vent flaps) that help us move and adjust the cover. Don't order a generic cover from a big box store and try to bungee it in place every year. Order yourself one of these!

The quality is exceptional!
