Very Poor Customer Service
Very Poor Customer Service I ordered 3 covers and paid for expedited shipping. The covers were estimated to take 2 weeks to make and a week to ship. 4 weeks after I ordered I was contacted for more info. Shipping was delayed for another 5 weeks. One cover was refunded. I received the covers 9 weeks after ordering. No refund on the expeditated shipping despite customer service saying they would. Our accounting department requires a detailed receipt. I contacted the customer service chat asking for a receipt that had the original amount paid and the refund. They said they couldn't help but they would forward to the accounting department and get back in 24-48 hrs. I waited and nothing. Contacted again- said 24 hrs. Nothing. Contacted again and was sent a receipt without the refund. Contacted a 4th time. Called the customer service line. Was put on hold for 100 mins. Called again was put on hold. I finally got the receipt from Kathy after 7 tries. I spoke with Cinto, Denis, Martin, Mark, Kathy and Shaun asking for a receipt- It is ridiculous that I could not get a accurate receipt for so long, from so many people.
