Product description is totally misleading
Product description is totally misleading. When I pointed it out to the company representative they only gave me lip service even though I cleared showed them the error. They refused to make good on the product and offered me a discount on my next order. Why would I order anything from a dishonorable company. Their customer service is the worst I have dealt with. I would in the strongest possible way shop elsewhere, their products are not made in USA, they do not honor their own product description and constantly keep saying the same thing trying to convince me I am wrong, when I can clearly show them in their own words I am not.

Very disappointed
Received my custom golf cart cover paid lots of money only to be useless. Gave specific dimensions and it is way too long. It’s extremely heavy so much so I cannot lift to put over the top. I swear you would think that it is made of recycled tire rubber. It is thick and very heavy cannot even fold to put away..

Long delay getting product
When they came (3 different covers) they were as ordered. I took almost 2 months to get these covers and a month into the order, they contacted me to confirm the measurements that I sent them. Yes, I gave you these measurements. Designed in America is correct (I think) but manufactured in India and subject to customs and other delays. Nice covers, as I noted, might try alternatives...
