Fire pit cover fit perfectly, not to tight, not to loose, material-fabric looks like quality and guessing it outlast the warranty. I looked into cheaper product from the big box stores but reviews complained about lasting only one winter, here in North Dakota it's Essential to have quality.

Looks very nice.
We just bought this cover, it appears to be very carefully made, is certainly heavy duty and fits our firepit perfectly. We opted for a zipper and grommets, the zipper operates well and the grommets are all at the desired locations at the bottom of the cover. Time will tell if it holds up well to the elements.

I'm not sure if Syed handles were an option during checkout. If they were I didn't realize how important they would be for both installing and removing, but mostly for installing. I think that would make it easier, not that it's terribly difficult.

Cover didn't fit.
Either I ordered the wrong cover or the order was fulfilled incorrectly. Either way, I would have expected the ability to return for credit. This is the issue with ordering on-line without eyes on the item. Delivery took weeks and response to my issue was "we did nothing wrong" so too bad, " order another one. "

Good quality...no flexibility
It was unclear on the website on how to measure it. So I called to confirm the measurement and they told me I was ready. Then they sent me a good-quality cover that did not fit. They said I measured it wrong. Now I see how to, but they would not let me send back the smaller one to get the order right without charging me the same price as the original.
