Good quality fabric
I ordered 6 outdoor dining chairs pillow covers and 1 outdoor bench cover. First they were not delivered by the time promised so I had to contact them. They were delivered 2 weeks after initial delivery date. Items arrived very well packaged. My biggest disappointment was that the navy color I ordered is far away from the picture shown. It is definitely a denim blue and not a navy blue who would've match my other pillows. Sizing is pefect, so make sure you measure right before ordering. Fabric is great quality. Overall craftsmanship is good but the ties are so poorly made, not sawn entirely so threads are coming out. Again I was so disappointed with the color!

Excellent service, delivery & quality - just one question/suggestion (see below).
I have not had any problem, but this is one aspect of ordering which we found challenging. In this situation, we have two garden benches for which we wanted the cushions. So, we knew, by measuring, what size we wanted the finished cushions to be. So it would have been easier to order the finished sizes and then make the foam filling +20mm on the length & width, to fill the cushion covers tightly. As it was, we had to calculate the cover sizes that we needed, taking into account the minus 20/25 mm to end up with the finished size. Is there any way that it could be arranged so that 2 different measurement methods could be used. Ie. "finished" size or "foam filling" size?

Excellent fit, makes my cushions look brand new!
These covers are AWESOME! I had been wanting to get these old cushions new covers for 3 years... but I never had time to take them somewhere to get fitted for covers. I measured, sent in the measurements and answered a few questions that came my way after my original purchase... and 9 days later... NEW COVERS! Excellent service and GREAT quality on the covers. Look Brand New!

Perfect
I really needed to replace my covers because of mildew and I didn't like the beige. The company that sold me my set wanted about 50% of the original cost of the set to just replace the covers, without inserts. Covers&all was much more reasonable, easy to use, and affordable. Well made, the zippers and seams are strong. I wish there were a few more options for colour (i was really hoping for a dark red), but all else is great.

Quality of work fabulous
The quality of the work is fabulous, however the fabric choice is not so good, it holds the air and is slippery. You need to offer an alturnative perhaps woven option as well.
