Product Overview

Custom Mesh Tarps That Actually Handle Outdoor Life

Getting real, dependable shade and weather protection outdoors shouldn't mean sacrificing on airflow. This is why our custom mesh tarp is built to do both at once, offering solid coverage against sun and weather while still letting a breeze move through, so your space stays usable and comfortable rather than closed off. Just enter your exact height and width when you order, and it'll be made specifically for you. We add an extra leeway of 1-2" for a more comfortable fit so keep that in mind while entering your dimensions. And if your setup calls for something other than a standard rectangle, you can simply upload a reference image when ordering to get a shape tailored to your exact structure.

Two Fabric Options to Match the Job

50% Shade Mesh is the lightest pick in the range, a 6 oz, 1000 denier breathable fabric with reinforced hems built into the areas that see the most wear. At 50% shade, it strikes a solid everyday balance, enough to take the edge off direct sun while still letting plenty of air pass through.

60% Shade Mesh is the heavy-hitter here, coming in at 10 oz and 1500 denier. This PVC-coated fabric is the one to reach for on job sites, construction zones, and industrial settings where dust and daily wear are just part of the environment, and it's fire retardant too. With 60% shade and 40% openness, it blocks harsh sun and catches airborne debris while still allowing solid airflow.

85% Shade Mesh is a lighter, more everyday option at 4 oz, 300 denier, well suited to gardens, patios, pergolas, and temporary fencing. At 85% shade and 15% openness, it filters out strong sun and adds a real layer of privacy without making an outdoor space feel shut in. It's abrasion-resistant as well, so it stands up to regular outdoor use.

90% Shade Mesh is a knitted HDPE fabric at 5 oz with just 10% openness, making it the strongest option for privacy and safety. This 300 denier fabric offers noticeably more coverage than the others, and being fire retardant, it's a smart pick for anywhere near heat sources. The tighter weave also does a solid job keeping bugs and mosquitoes out.

Versatile Usage of Custom Mesh Tarps

Pergolas and covered patios: This is probably the most common use case, and it makes sense why. A pergola is already open to the elements, so a mesh tarp softens harsh afternoon sun and adds a bit of privacy without turning the space into a fully sealed box.

Wind screens: On a deck, balcony, or exposed patio that catches more wind than you'd like, mesh tarps cut down on the gusts and let the breeze pass through instead of slamming into a solid surface.

Kennels and animal enclosures: For dog runs or outdoor kennels, mesh tarps give pets some relief from direct sun and wind while keeping the space open and ventilated.

Fencing and privacy screens: Mesh tarps add a visual barrier without cutting off airflow, which makes them a good fit for yards, side gates, or anywhere you want a bit more separation from neighbors or passers-by.

Nursery and plant protection: In gardens or small nurseries, custom mesh tarps shield young or delicate plants from harsh sun and wind while still letting in enough light and air for healthy growth.

Genuinely Versatile & Low-Maintenance

From garden projects to industrial job sites, this outdoor mesh tarp is built to perform wherever it's put to work. It's easy to clean and doesn't demand much upkeep, making it a genuinely cost-effective option. You can secure the tarp using grommets placed along the edges, which give you sturdy, reliable anchor points for installing, depending on your setup. You can choose from grommets at different intervals like 6", 12", 18" or 24", D-Rings and black loop velcro to secure the curtain on the sides.

In addition, the mesh fabric is genuinely low-maintenance, and keeping it looking fresh doesn't take much effort. Wipe off the loose dust and debris gently with a mild soap solution and a soft cloth, then rinse thoroughly and air dry before storing. Avoid harsh chemicals or scrubbing, which can wear down the coating. This easy routine keeps the fabric looking and performing like new.
