Product Overview
Custom Mesh Curtains Tailored For Your Surroundings
This mesh curtain is built around your measurements instead of forcing your space into a generic size. Just enter your exact height and width when you order, and it'll be made specifically for that opening. We add an extra leeway of 1-2" for a more comfortable fit so keep that in mind while entering your dimensions. And if your setup calls for something other than a standard rectangle, you can upload a reference image when ordering to get a shape tailored to your exact structure. We can also add a zipper or a roll-up strap to ensure the curtain can be rolled up and down with ease.
Multiple Premium Fabrics to Choose From
50% Shade Mesh: This is the lightest and most versatile option in the lineup, made from a 6 oz, 1000 denier breathable fabric with reinforced hems for added durability where it matters most. With 50% shade, it strikes a nice everyday balance that is enough coverage to soften direct sun and keep the space comfortable with maximum airflow.
60% Shade Mesh: This is the heavyweight option of the group at 10 oz and 1500 denier. It is a PVC-coated fabric that is best for job sites, construction zones, and industrial settings where dust, debris, and daily wear are part of the routine as it is also fire retardant. With 60% shade and 40% openness, it provides enough coverage to block harsh sun and catch airborne debris, while still letting plenty of air move through.
85% Shade Mesh: This is a lighter, more everyday option at 4 oz, 300 denier fabric designed for gardens, patios, pergolas and temporary fencing. At 85% shade with 15% openness, it does a great job of filtering out harsh sun and adding a layer of privacy, without making your outdoor space feel closed in. It's abrasion-resistant too, so it holds up well to regular outdoor exposure.
90% Shade Mesh: This knitted HDPE mesh fabric at 5 oz weight with 10% openness is the best option for privacy and safety. This 300 denier option offers noticeably more coverage and privacy than others plus its fire retardant, making it a smart choice for spaces near heat sources. The tighter weave also helps keep maximum bugs and mosquitoes out.
Mesh Curtains for Home & Industrial Use
Pergolas and covered patios: This is easily the most common use, and for good reason. A pergola is already an open-air structure, so a mesh curtain lets you soften harsh afternoon sun and add a bit of privacy without turning the space into a sealed box.
Porches and Gazebos: On a gazebo or open patio that catches more wind than you'd like, mesh curtains cut down on wind and let the breeze pass through instead of pushing against a flat surface.
Kennel and animal enclosures: For dog runs or outdoor kennels, mesh curtains give pets some relief from direct sun and wind while keeping the space open and well-ventilated.
Outdoor dining and entertaining areas: Mesh curtains can be used around restaurants, outdoor seating areas, and entertaining spaces where airflow and visibility are still important.
Construction & Renovation Areas: Mesh curtains help contain larger dust and debris while separating active work zones.
Easy Installation and Tie-Down Options
Every mesh curtain is made to your exact height and width, so once it arrives, installation is straightforward. Tie it down using grommets placed along the edges, which give you sturdy, reliable anchor points for hanging the curtain from a rod, rail, etc., depending on your setup. You can choose from grommets at different intervals like 6", 12", 18" or 24" to secure the curtain on the sides.
In addition, the mesh fabric is genuinely low-maintenance, and keeping it looking fresh doesn't take much effort. Wipe off the loose dust and debris gently with a mild soap solution and a soft cloth, then rinse thoroughly and air dry before storing. Avoid harsh chemicals or scrubbing, which can wear down the coating. This easy routine keeps the fabric looking and performing like new.
