We use three types of fabric. Cover Max and Cover Tuff are 1000 denier, PVC coated, polyester fabric, and Cover Fab is 600 denier melange PVB backed polyester material. Between them, the covers can withstand moderate to harsh weather conditions. Pick from this range of fabrics to ensure that your grill gets the best protection.

All our fabrics are 100% waterproof and wind-resistant to give your grill all-weather protection. These durable long lasting fabrics are UV resistant so your grill cover and grill look newer for longer. Cover Max and Cover Fab come with a warranty of 3 years. A 5 years warranty is offered on Cover Tuff.

To keep your charcoal grill rust and mildew free, we custom make snugly fitting grill covers to match your specific requirement. 1 - 2” leeway is provided to ensure that there is no tugging or pulling while taking off or putting on the grill cover.

Several Tie-down and Color Options to Choose From

Well-fitting covers are sometimes challenged by strong winds. Covers & All has such situations covered with options of tie-downs and grommets available. All the covers come with the standard drawstring option. To secure the covers better, extra strength elastic at the bottom, push clips, or for optimum hold, elastic at the bottom with push clips are available. Grommets made of brass are another option that can be considered.

Our cover fabrics come in several colors. Long lasting Cover Max has six colour options and is best suited for protecting your grill against moderate weather. For shaded and semi shaded areas Cover Fab is a lightweight fabric with two color options. Our heavy duty Cover Tuff that can combat severe weather has 5 color options to choose from.
