So…apparently we have a very odd shaped elliptical machine. We couldn't find any covers that would work, so decided to go with a custom cover. Great experience. Ordering was easy. It fits perfectly. They were thorough with follow up questions and additional measurements before creating it. It shipped quickly. Great durability. We'll definitely use Covers & All again if needed!

I DID NOT get what I paid for
Very disappointing experience. The order took over two months to complete, despite initially showing a delivery date 2 weeks from order. More importantly, even though I sent photos of the equipment to be covered, provided official schematics (with measurements), and answered several rounds of questions (with more measurements), the cover is a MASSIVE, ill-fitting disaster. Seriously, it looks like two machines could fit under it. Hard to believe anyone looked at the info I submitted. Very disappointed.

Pockets?
Everything is fine but the "pockets" appear to be sewn on upside down. Since I didn't expect pockets, and because I don't need them, I am not complaining, but it does look quite odd. The fit and the material is quite good, though, and fits well over my Sole elliptical machine which I keep on my covered back patio.
