Product was / is what was promised!
The cover fit as it should have. It is durable and I think good value for the money! I got the lowest toughness material and has looked as though it will hold up to snow rain and wind.

Really pleased only thing is there was not an option to add side zips. Which make this very difficult to put over the store and also grab logs so i had to cut it….

This company does not value their customers (ex).
It took longer to get here and then we did not receive the product as ordered. I am unable to see online or get a copy of the original from the company. Customer service agent was unable to bring up the original configuration yet treated me as though I may not be truthful. I received an email address to send pics of the incorrect product which I did. Crickets! No reply even to acknowledge they received the pics. I may be stuck keeping what I received instead of the better featured and more expensive product I ordered. Classic bait and switch!
