Fits Perfectly

My old cover was worn out and needed replaced. I am new to Covers and All so was a little bit hesitant to change but glad I did. My cover is equipped with elastic around the bottom and it fits perfectly and I believe it will be more wind resistant than my old cover. Time will tell how well it lasts. A modification I should have thought about was making the top double thickness for better protection from the lava rock in the fire pit.

Nice fit!

Placed order, completed the order. Upon seeing my order confirmation, I noticed I made a mistake and ordered the wrong color. I immediately emailed the manufacturer and explained my mistake. Received notice, it had already been sent to be made. A week later I received a email, stating my order was being made and would be shipped by whatever date. A week after pointing out my order, it was made. So I feel they just didn't want to help me with my order. The product received is a good product. However, customer service is HORRIBLE..
