Fits like a glove
Excellent service, designers took time to double check all measurements and go round a few queries. Took a while to come once dispatched, but am very pleased with the quality (much heavier duty than anything I've seen off the peg) and the fit is perfect.

Brilliant product
I ordered two sets of custom made covers and they arrived before the lead time I was quoted so that was a big plus. Have been using them for a few weeks now and they are brilliant. So easy to put on and off and keep my lovey new covers from getting wet in the Scottish weather.

Website offers great info to support the measurement process and then enter the data to be able to make an order. Once ordered the level of info supplied and even updated with respect to the process and delivery was exemplary. Even to the point of beating the forecasted delivery date by 4 days. Item was well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. Despite my slight concerns over whether it would fit based on my measurements the cover fitted perfectly and covers and protects the furniture perfectly

Just as expected
It was so easy to order as the ' shape' was already on the website and so we just put the measurements in and the product received was so much better than the original from the garden company which has faded and got mildew on it and torn - obviously we have only just received this but a similar one for our BBQ which is a year old looks excellent still
