Sofa Cushion Replacements

The cushion covers seem to be heavy duty. I just put them on yesterday. I thought I was getting separate tops and bottoms but they were one piece which made it harder to put the cushions on. I was disappointed that one out of the three had a seam in the middle of the top cording that stands out. I’ve attached a picture and am hoping for a replacement. Thank you for your help.
