Product Overview
Custom Outdoor Vinyl Curtains Made to Fit Your Space
Here's how it works. You give us your exact height and width, and we build the curtain around those numbers instead of asking you to compromise. There's a small 1-2" leeway added in automatically for a comfortable, accurate fit once it's up. Got a weird shape or an unusual opening? Just upload a photo when you order and we'll make sure it's cut to match. But that's not all. We also have the option to add your business name or a logo on the curtain whether you're branding a commercial space or just adding a personal touch to your own backyard. We can even add a zipper door or panel or other custom features to make the curtain work just the way you need it to.
Three Premium Fabrics for Different Settings
Tarp Max is the lightest pick at 13oz, made from 1000 denier PVC-coated polyester. It's solid, dependable, and well suited for moderate weather, residential use, or lighter commercial settings, without making you pay for toughness you don't actually need.
Tarp Tuff is the step up for genuinely rough conditions. Same 1000 denier PVC-coated polyester base, but at 18oz, and it scores a full 5 out of 5 on durability, waterproofing, UV resistance, cold resistance, and wind resistance. This is the one people reach for in warehouses, around heavy machinery, on construction sites, or anywhere cargo and rough handling are just part of the day.
Tarp Clear brings full transparency into the mix. It's rigid, ultra-clear PVC, built for partitions or enclosures where you still want to see through to the other side, think patios, greenhouses, or industrial floors where blocking the view isn't the goal.
All three share the same core strengths underneath: water resistance, UV protection, and tear resistance, so no matter which one you go with, you're covered.
Where People Actually Use Outdoor Vinyl Curtains
Patios and pergolas — You can keep using the outdoor space even once the weather turns, without losing that open, outdoor feeling with the help of these vinyl curtains.
Restaurants and cafes — Outdoor seating doesn't have to shut down just because it's raining or cold. A few custom outdoor vinyl curtains and that seating stays profitable through more of the year.
Warehouses and industrial spaces — You can easily section off a work zone, loading dock, or storage area while keeping dust, wind, and moisture out with these curtains.
Garages and workshops — Keep a workspace protected from dirt and debris without sacrificing natural light, especially handy with the clear fabric option.
Temporary or seasonal setups — Since these outdoor vinyl curtains are a much more convenient option than permanent construction, they are an easy option for closing off a space just for winter, an event, or any short-term need.
DIY Installation with Easy Securing Options
Installation is designed to match your structure, not fight against it. Choose grommet placement and spacing that suits your setup. We have different spacing options available for grommets such as 6", 12", 18" and 24". In addition, you can choose from bottom tie-down options like pole pockets and galvanized chains. Many customers also add a zipper or roll-up strap for easier day-to-day access, letting the curtain open and close without fully taking it down each time.
Keeping the outdoor vinyl curtain in good shape doesn't take much. A quick wipe-down with a damp cloth and a bit of mild soap is usually enough to clear off dust, pollen, or general grime, especially on the clear vinyl section, which shows dirt more easily than the fabric parts. Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive scrubbing, since these can cloud or wear down the vinyl faster than normal use would. If the curtain's rolled up or taken down for the season, just make sure it's fully dry first before you store it.
