Excellent quality, value and fast delivery
I ordered 12 covers for my outside furniture. Given the cost I wasn't expecting great quality but how wrong I was! These covers are piped, the zips are large enough especially if you have dexterity issues and the quality of the fabric is great. Also very quick delivery. Thought it included the cushions
Very misleading, I thought this included the cushions. At this price, it should include the cushions. Also not happy about ordering this and receiving 5 emails a week afterward from Covers & All, and then not able to unsubscribe.

Totally unsat company
Totally disgusted with the way customer service handled an error on my order. I admitted we ordered the wrong size however the website was misleading cause it doesn't show the disclaimer "inserts" are sold separately. We were under the impression the photo shown was the seat cushions rather just a cover. The representative refused to have or show emphaty and have me submit photos etc just to send me an official letter stating we can't be refunded for a simple mistake. I hope the $50 dollars you got despite not offering a credit to buy the right item was worth losing any future business. Forget the 15% you offered cause I won't spend 1 more red penny with this sorry company.
